Mode-Chainlink Partnership is a project that uses Chainlink, the most widely used oracle network in the Blockchain, to enable Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to function with Mode, an L2 (Layer 2) solution for Ethereum (ETH). Mode Innovations is one of the partners in this collaboration. With the recently added support for the Formatic bridge, this network now covers several decentralized (DeFi) and real-world asset (RWA) cases, as well, and allows for greater security in the Mode protocol.
Chainlink CCIP is currently the IT Security and interoperability-enabled standard in the industry. Chainlink Chainlink CCSIP (Certified Interoperability and IT Security Standard) stands for Certified Interoperability and Security. This will facilitate the functioning of modes through cross-chain Arbitrary Messaging using Chainlink CCIP. Integrated oracles will also make short Programmable Token Transfers affordable.
